Below is a picture of the Priory Church of St. Mary in the village of Little Dunmow.
We are lucky to have two such wonderful buildings in our care, this is where the people go to worship, give thanks, and pray. The church is the people, rather than the buildings, and I hope this web site will tell you about us, as well as our buildings.
This site is both about the people of the church, and some of the history of the two churches.
Historically, these two parishes have been in existence for nearly 1000 years. In that time both the buildings and the people have seen a great many changes.
